Plain City Sharks
The Plain City Sharks formed in March 2017. We held our first meeting in the building at the park and thought it would be great if 10-15 swimmers would show up and get us started for our first year. At the end of that meeting there were 34 swimmers signed up and we had 74 swimmers for our first season. We were welcomed by the South East Suburban Swim League. It was a wonderful group to work with and they were incredibly helpful to us as we learned what needed to be done.
In 2018 we jumped to 98 and were lucky enough to be able to host 2 swim meets at home. It was wonderful and so many people stepped up and helped.
In 2019, we decided to change leagues. We are now a part of the N.E.W League and we look forward to working with them as our team continues to grow.
